Funkita athletes clean up at the World Junior Champs
Dubai is host to the 4th World Junior Swimming Championships which is where Funkita athletes Alanna Bowles and Shayna Jack are swimming brilliantly.
Not only did Alanna win Gold in the 800m freestyle but shared silver with Shayna in the 4x200 free relay. Shayna is also in flying form with Gold in the 4x100 mixed free relay and bronze in the 100m freestyle.
To see our teenage athletes clock such amazing results on the international stage makes us very excited about their future careers in the pool. Well done girls!
