Travis Mahoney sets sights on Glasgow

In only a few short months, the eyes of the world will be on Glasgow as the Commonwealth Games kick off in a celebration of sporting excellence.

With eight F-Team athletes on the Australian team, Travis Mahoney is another from the Nunawading stable. After hitting the world swimming stage in 2012 with selection on the Australian World Short Course Team, Travis has travelled the World Cup circuit, including a World Record in the medley relay event during the 2013 Asia leg of the tour.

As he heads to Doha for altitude training with his teammates, and after an impressive 400 individual medley result at the Australian Championships, Travis will get his first taste of a major meet with the whole of Australia behind him.
