Athletes representing Funky Trunks at the World Champs
Our Funky Trunks F-Teamers had a big week at the FINA World Championships. Competing against the best swimmers in the world was a breeze for our boys who came home with some great results. Sam Sheppard started the swimming off in the open water events. After a 32nd placing in the 5km Sam came back to finish a tremendous 6th in the 25km swim!

We had more relay success with our freestyle boys Duncan Scott and Kurt Herzog. Representing Great Britain and Australia respectively the boys went head to head in the heats of the 4 x 200 freestyle. Both F-Teamers secured a medal. Kurt returns to Australia with the bronze and Duncan goes back to his native Scotland brandishing gold!
