Travis Mahoney was the standout F-Teamer of the meet winning gold in the 400m individual medley in a time of 4.20.56. Fellow F-Teamer Tomas Elliott wasn't far behind finishing with a bronze in the same event.
World Championships bronze medallist Kurt Herzog snatched silver in his main event, the 200m freestyle. Swimming a speedy 1.48.45, Kurt will be looking for a top six spot at Olympic trials to make the 4 x 200m Australian freestyle relay team.
