Funky Trunks F-Teamers qualify for Rio!

There's no doubt that Funky Trunkers will be well represented at the Rio Olympics after Travis Mahoney, Jacob Hansford and Jack McLoughlin were officially selected for the Australian Dolphins team at the conclusion of the Australian Championships in Adelaide.

Trav couldn't hold back the tears at Nationals 2016

F-Teamer Travis Mahoney was the first to book his seat on the plane claiming silver in the 400m IM with a personal best time of 4.14.98.

Congrats on such an amazing swim Jacob!

Jacob Hansford impressed in the 200m free with a time of 1.47.40 and fifth place ensuring his spot in the relay team and his first major Australian team.

Jack claimed silver in the 1500m free

Saving the best for last, Jack McLoughlin claimed silver in the 1500m free with his time of 14.48.60 beating his PB by an incredible 24 seconds on the last night of the meet!

Our F-Teamers will represent Australia in the Rio Paralympics!

Seven F-Teamers also made the Paralympic team with Michael Anderson, Blake Cochrane, Jacob Templeton, Rick Pendleton, Braedan Jason, Logan Powell and Sean Russo all Rio bound with brilliant swims throughout the championships.
