F-TEAM GEAR UP FOR MASSIVE WEEK
Travis Mahoney is ready to race at Queensland Champs
Christmas might be just around the corner but for the Australian Funky Trunks F-Team, all focus will be on the Queensland State Championships from December 9-15 and the Victorian Age Championships from December 10-15.
Jayden Hadler is back in the pool and ready to race
Olympian and regular Funky Trunks model Jayden Hadler will be back in the pool and ready to fly as he competes across the men's 200m and 100m butterfly as well as the men's 100m freestyle and 200m individual medley. Having recently moved to train under Dean Boxall at St Peters Western, Jayden is on the comeback trail and has his eyes firmly set on Commonwealth Games Trials next year.
Traveling to sunny Queensland from South Australia, fellow Olympian Travis Mahoney will be taking on Queensland State Champs in the men's 400m and 200m individual medley as well as the 50m freestyle and two backstroke events.
Ryan Roche lent his model skills to the latest Funky Trunks campaign
F-Teamer Ryan Roche is geared up to smash it out in the men's 200m and 100m breaststroke and well as go head to head with Travis in the 200m individual medley. Young gun Connor Brackin is also set to take on the Olympian in the 400m individual medley as well as swimming across multiple age group events during the meet.
Julian Layton is set to dive in and smash it out!
Ethan Owens will be competing across a series of freestyle events, including the men's 50m, 200m, 400m and 1500m. New Zealand F-Teamer Julian Layton will be stepping up to the block in the men?s 200m and 100m breaststroke as well as diving into the 200m butterfly.
Heading down south in Australia, F-Teamers David Schlicht and Ryan Bicknell are getting pumped to take on the Victorian Age Championships. New kid to the F-Team block and up and coming star David has a packed schedule ahead of him, swimming over multiple races including the boys 17/18 100m and 200m freestyle as well as the 200m and 400m individual medley. Ryan will be diving in to test his metal against fellow age group swimmers in the boys 16 100m backstroke, 100m butterfly, 200m breaststroke and 200m individual medley.
