Based at St Peters Lutheran College in Indooroopilly, the St Peters Western Swim Club is one of the largest and most successful swimming clubs in Australia. The coaching staff is led by Dean Boxall, who recently took over the Head Coaching duties after achieving outstanding results as SPW's Intermediate Coach.
The club has 272 members, which includes 140 competitive swimming members, 50 recreational swimmers as well as parent and life members. The club has won numerous State titles, including the last three consecutive years being recognised as the premier club in Queensland.

The St Peters Western Swim Club has produced some of the most well-known names in Australia's recent swimming history, with Olympians, World Champions and Commonwealth Games medallists. One new addition to the team is Olympian and Funky Trunks athlete Jayden Hadler, who now calls SPW home.
It is no surprise that the outstanding results in the pool come down to the hours of commitment and determination in the squad's training schedule with swimmers committing to at least 9 pool sessions and 2-3 gym sessions per week.
The club is predominantly made up of St Peters Lutheran College students, so not only do they swim together but they study together as well.

All the swimmers at St Peters Swim Club were excited to have Funky Trunks & Funkita photoshoot at their pool!
