2019 World Para Swimming Championships
Last week, the largest Para-Swimming championships outside of the Paralympic Games took place with almost 600 swimmers from over 60 countries making their way to London to compete. It is the second time in four years Britain has held the World Para Swimming Championships after Glasgow hosted the event in 2015.

Blake Cochrane with fellow F-Teamer Jacob Templeton at Queensland State Champs
USC Spartan and triple Paralympian Blake Cochrane knows all too well how physically and mentally demanding major international competitions can be, describing his World Champs as a "roller coaster of a week." He swam finals in the 50, 100 and 400 Freestyle and the highlight for Blake was his bronze medal in the 100 S7 Breaststroke. Blake's run of World Champs podium appearances now stretches back to 2008, an incredible achievement from such a hard working athlete.
A massive congratulations to our outstanding F-Team athletes for their performances over the past week.
